1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phrazee (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. Definitions

  • “App” refers to Phrazee, available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • “Service” refers to the App and all its features
  • “User” refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App
  • “Phrazee GOLD” refers to the premium subscription tier of the Service

3. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

4. Account Creation and Security

To use the App, you must create an account using your email address. Authentication is performed through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining exclusive access to the email address associated with your account
  • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of OTP codes sent to your email
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access to your email or account
  • Verifying that OTP emails are genuine and from Phrazee’s official domain

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Implement additional security measures as needed
  • Temporarily or permanently disable any user account if we detect suspicious activity
  • Disable any user account that fails to comply with these terms

5. Phrazee GOLD Subscription

Subscription Details

Phrazee GOLD is our premium subscription service that provides access to additional features.

Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before purchase and billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.

Renewal and Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

No refund or credit will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process the following data:

  • Email address for authentication
  • App usage analytics
  • Crash reports and technical diagnostics

  • Proper attribution to Phrazee is maintained
  • The content is not modified or altered

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware or viruses
  • Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

9. Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

We strive to ensure the App is available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Our Rights to Modify

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature of the App
  • Update the App to improve functionality
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phrazee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for Phrazee GOLD subscription in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App.

Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If you are accessing the App from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, if and to the extent such laws are applicable.
